All of the products offered on this site are in season or processed in a way to last without using preservatives. 

When possible, we use organic practices, which means that no synthetic fertilizers and herbicides are used.

Additionally, we aim to be sensitive to the Holy Spirit in how we manage the land, animals, crops, and people.
